Total Solution Program
PWM’s Total Solution Program offers our customers a complete water management service which is performed by a highly trained technician. During regular scheduled on-site service visits, PWM technician brings all required products for the tower, steam boiler and closed systems.
Chemical feed equipment is cleaned and calibrated. Chemical inventory is replenished and a detailed written report is submitted to responsible parties outlining service protocol, test results, services performed and any pertinent recommendations.
Supervised Service Program
PWM supervised program provides the same superior resutls, except that the services are performed by the customers staff. Regular service visits are still peformed by a PWM technician. PWM provides all the required products, as well as test reagents, logs and procedures. In depth training ensures maximum system efficiency and effectiveness.
